Den disponible avkastning skal anvendes til forskning innen klinisk kardiologi, fortrinnsvis ved universitetene i Oslo og Leeds. Prinsippet om best egnet kandidat skal likevel råde uavhengig av hvilket universitet kandidaten tilhører.

The available funds are to be used for research within clinical cardiology, preferably at the universities in Oslo and Leeds. The principle of the best suited candidate must nevertheless prevail regardless of which university the candidate belongs to.
