CALL FROM THE THRONE HOLST NUTRITION RESEARCH FOUNDATION FOR FUNDING IN 2021

Permanent academic staffs (including university lectorates) at the Department of Nutrition, University of Oslo are invited to apply for funds to research projects within the field of nutrition for 2021. Academic staff in professor II positions can also apply. Academic staff who retire during 2021 are also invited to apply. Academic staff who have retired before 2021 are not entitled to apply.

For all applications it is required that the research activities shall be performed at the Department of Nutrition, and will contribute to further development of the scientific milieu at the Department. Only collaborative projects with other research groups at the department are eligible for funding. The nature of the collaboration must be clearly indicated in the application form. Only projects with clear nutrition relevance will, however, be funded. Scientific quality is the major criteria for evaluation.

THE APPLICATION SHOULD INCLUDE

              1. The completed electronic application form (click "Apply here"| "Søk her")
              2. A project description (maximum10 pages including references).
                   Upload the project description as a PDF-file to the electronic application form in the specified field.
              3. CV and list of publications the last 5 years (2015-2020)
                  Upload the documents as PDF-files to the electronic application form in the specified fields.

Funding from Throne Holst Nutrition Research Foundation must be used within 2 years. Otherwise, the funded resources will be returned to the Throne Holst Nutrition Research Foundation.
